General Conditions

• If there was no fair chance at one of the package trophies, the relevant fee, less 10% will be credited to your account
• Wounded animals not found after a thorough search will be considered shot and charged accordingly
• All trophies are treated in the raw
• Package, shipment and insurance are for your account
• Alcoholic drinks and tips are not included in the price
• A hunt will be confirmed with a 30% deposit
• The deposit is subject to total forfeiture if a hunt is cancelled by the client not bevor 45 day to the original/intended/agreed arrival in Steinhausen
  
• The management reserves the right to cancel hunts (Should such unlikely cancellation occur, deposit will be refunded in full.)
  
• Please ensure that you are insured against cancellation
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Once a deposit has been confirmed, the price of the hunt will not alter
• Payment is accepted in cash or travellers cheques in € or US$

Bedingungen

• Eine Reservierung wird nach einer Anzahlung von 30% des Pauschalpreises bestätigt.
• Die Anzahlung verfällt, sollte der Termin nicht 45 Tage vor der Abfahrt storniert werden.
  
• Die Geschäftsleitung behält sich das Recht vor, Reservierungen zu stornieren. Im Falle einer solchen Stornierung durch die Geschäftsleitung, wird die gesamte Anzahlung zurück erstattet.
• Preisänderungen sind ohne Bekanntmachung vorbehalten.
• Bei bestätigter Anzahlung bleibt der Preis für die gebuchte Jagd unverändert.
• Zahlungen mit Bargeld und Reiseschecks in Euro und US$ werden akzeptiert.
• Alle Trophäen werden von einem Spediteur verpackt, versichert und verschickt. Diese Kosten sind von Jäger zu tragen.
